Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using rivercourtbooking.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
These terms cover use of the website itself. Once a hall hire is confirmed, our separate Booking Policy governs the terms of your event booking.

You're welcome to browse our halls, check availability, and submit enquiries for personal, non-commercial use related to your event.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping content, or submitting false or fraudulent enquiries.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee a booking — dates are only confirmed once a reservation fee has been received and our team has confirmed in writing.
We aim to keep availability information accurate and up to date, but dates shown as available can't be fully guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

The content on this site — including text, photos, graphics, and branding — belongs to Rivercourt Hall Booking or is used with permission, unless stated otherwise.
You may view and print pages for your own personal use in connection with an enquiry or booking, but may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Payments made through this site are processed by Stripe, and are subject to Stripe's own terms of service.
We use third-party providers (including Supabase and Resend) to help run the booking system and send emails. We're not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers that are outside our control.

This website is provided "as is". While we take care to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for things that can't legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Liability relating to a confirmed venue hire booking is governed by our Booking Policy, not these website terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you use the site will apply. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
